Due to its damage to multiple organs and no specific antidote, the mortality rate is high. This paper reports two patients who took a large amount of pyridaben, developed severe metabolic acidosis, hyperlactatemia, toxic encephalopathy, and liver, kidney, heart and digestive tract damage. After timely gastric lavage, catharsis, organ support andblood purification treatment, the condition improved and discharged. 摘要

哒螨灵是一种广泛用于农业的广谱杀螨剂,意外或自行服用大剂量哒螨灵可导致患者多器官衰竭。由于哒螨灵会损害多个器官,且无特效解毒剂,因此死亡率很高。本文报告了两名服用大量哒螨灵的患者,他们出现了严重的代谢性酸中毒、高乳酸血症、中毒性脑病以及肝、肾、心脏和消化道损害。经及时洗胃、清创、器官支持和血液净化治疗后,病情好转出院。希望能为哒螨灵中毒的治疗提供临床思路。
