The data collection method used is through questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used in this research is quantitative and qualitative data analysis, using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous), t test (partial) and the coefficient of determination. Findings - The results of the research based on multiple linear regression show that competence and work motivation have a positive effect on the performance of employees at PT. Blue Bird Tbk. (Pool Narogong) Bekasi City. The results of the F hypothesis test show that there is a significant effect of competence and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Blue Bird Tbk. (Pool Narogong) Bekasi City. The results of the t hypothesis test show that there is a partial effect of competence and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Blue Bird Tbk. (Pool Narogong) Bekasi City. 摘要

目的--本研究旨在确定能力和工作动机对 PT 员工绩效的影响。蓝鸟股份有限公司(Pool Narogong)勿加西市的员工同时和部分地受到能力和工作动机的影响。设计/方法 -本研究采用的是联想研究法。本研究使用的样本是从 200 名正式员工中抽取的 67 名受访者。采用的抽样技术是比例分层随机抽样技术。采用的数据收集方法是问卷调查和文件记录。本研究采用的数据分析是定量和定性数据分析,使用的是李克特量表。本研究使用的数据分析技术包括多元线性回归分析、F 检验(同时)、t 检验(部分)和判定系数。研究结果 - 基于多元线性回归的研究结果表明,能力和工作动机对 PT.蓝鸟股份有限公司(Pool Narogong)勿加西市的员工绩效产生积极影响。F假设检验结果表明,能力和工作动机对PT.Blue Bird Tbk.蓝鸟股份有限公司(Pool Narogong)勿加西市的员工绩效有明显影响。t假设检验结果表明,能力和工作动机对PT.Blue Bird Tbk.蓝鸟股份有限公司(Pool Narogong)勿加西市的员工绩效存在部分影响。决定系数的结果显示,能力和工作动机这两个变量对绩效起伏的贡献率为 69.3%,而其余变量则受本研究未包括的其他变量的影响。
