To this end, the study presented the relationship between sustainable cities and ISO 37120. Research was carried out with a quantitative approach, a survey in the municipalities of Londrina and Guarapuava, which contained indicators related to sustainable cities. The survey was carried out using an online platform with a form of 66 questions categorized into 13 themes plus 9 profile questions to present the data in a descriptive way. Descriptive statistics were used as well as correlation analysis between the questions and 13 strong and positive correlations were identified between the questions. Among the cities of Guarapuava and Londrina, the responses were convergent when questions about residents' perceptions of health, housing, security, mobility, connectivity, public finances, among other topics were questioned.
