The primary energy expenditure for heating and ventilation, electric and hot water supply of these buildings does not exceed 120 kWh/m2 per year. The said energy is produced on site at the expense of renewable energy, which eliminates the need for fossil heating, including natural gas, in these buildings. The amount of CO2 emitted from these buildings into the environment is zero. Such buildings significantly reduce energy consumption in heating and ventilation systems, that is, they reduce harmful emissions to the environment, which are caused by the burning of fossil fuels in the corresponding heat generators. Zero energy buildings, or zero buildings, as they are often called, are widely implemented in many countries of the world, and their implementation in Georgia is an important issue for the development of the country, which is provided by the law of Georgia on energy efficiency. 摘要
