In other words, both a low level of failure and an extremely high level of failure can significantly promote breakthrough innovation in enterprises. 摘要

目的本研究旨在探讨中国上市公司创新失败程度对突破性创新的影响机制,并考察公司自身知识型能力的调节作用。设计/方法/途径本研究以组织学习理论为基础,以2003-2017年中国A股主板上市公司的发明专利创新失败数据为研究样本,围绕创新失败、企业知识基础和突破性创新,构建并检验了 "什么样的创新失败会促进突破性创新 "的综合框架及其对突破性创新的影响。研究结果实证研究发现,创新失败与突破性创新之间存在U型关系。换言之,低水平的失败和极高水平的失败都能显著促进企业的突破性创新。原创性/价值研究成果丰富了我国科技创新企业的失败困境与突破创新研究,揭示了我国科技创新企业摆脱创新失败被动局面的有效路径,为 "开创新局面、实现突破创新 "提供了理论支持和实践参考。
