In some patients, the manifestation of a brain tumor may occur during pregnancy.This article describes a clinical case of pregnancy complicated by hypertensive‑hydrocephalic symptoms against the background of cerebellar hemangioblastoma and developed occlusive hydrocephalus. The result of the work of a team of neurosurgeons, obstetricians and anesthesiologists was successful surgical treatment against the background of pregnancy prolongation.
