This review article identifies how corporations (Small and Medium Enterprises /SMEs) today develop human resource policies to support Green Business and create Green Product Innovations. There are six Propositions based on theory and research in this article: the direct and simultaneous effect of green HRM and green management on green business processes and green product innovations.
