There are many shortages of traditional antibiotic detection techniques, such as complex procedures, complicated operation and time consuming, and thus are difficult to meet the demand of instant, efficient and accurate on-site detection. Therefore, it is crucial to develop rapid detection techniques of antibiotics to manage the application of antibiotics in agriculture. We reviewed the utilization, and management of antibiotics in animal husbandry, residual characteristics, and potential hazards of antibiotics in agricultural products, summarized the advancements in rapid detection techniques of antibiotics in agricultural products over the past five years, compared the advantages and disadvantages of different rapid detection techniques, and prospected the future development in this area. 摘要

抗生素在农业中被广泛用于预防和治疗动物疾病。然而,抗生素的滥用和过度使用逐渐增加了抗生素残留和抗生素耐药性的风险。抗生素在食物链中的生物累积和生物放大作用将对生态安全产生负面影响,最终威胁人类健康。传统的抗生素检测技术存在程序复杂、操作繁琐、耗时长等诸多不足,难以满足即时、高效、准确的现场检测需求。因此,开发抗生素快速检测技术对农业抗生素的应用管理至关重要。我们综述了抗生素在畜牧业中的应用和管理、抗生素在农产品中的残留特点和潜在危害,总结了近五年来农产品中抗生素快速检测技术的进展,比较了不同快速检测技术的优缺点,并展望了该领域的未来发展。这篇综述将为农产品中抗生素的控制和定点检测提供有价值的参考。
