We report a case of a 33-year-old healthy male with massive epistaxis. A noninvasive intervention failed to treat the bleeding. Following procedure with electronic cauterization was not sufficient. At last, after a multidisciplinary Concilium, diagnostic catheterization of an AVM with embolization was successfully done.
