Definitions of the patient populations and outcome measurements were highly variable and the majority of studies demonstrated a high risk of bias, preventing quantitative synthesis of the collated evidence.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Consolidating evidence from RCTs evaluating COVID-19 interventions was problematic.
