克罗恩病（Crohn's disease，CD）是一种炎症性肠病，在某些病例中会出现肠外表现，皮肤是受累器官之一。外阴和肛周受累会导致严重的发病率，并对生活质量产生不利影响。由于该病罕见且诊断困难，我们报告了一例累及外阴、肛周和口腔的生殖器 CD 病例。
