摘要

表观温度(AT)是综合了环境温度、湿度、风速和其他气象因素的综合指数,比原始温度更能准确地反映热感。本研究首次在中国甘肃省酒泉市和陇南市的农村地区调查了表观气温与心血管疾病之间的关系。本研究采用分布式滞后非线性模型(DLNM)来检验AT与21天心血管疾病入院相对风险(RR)之间的暴露-反应关系。结果表明,在寒冷效应影响下,酒泉市性别组的暴露风险与陇南市相反。在热效应影响下,对酒泉地区所有人群都有保护作用,而对陇南地区的男性和成年人有害。本研究的结果有助于地方政府制定公共政策。
