随着中国人口老龄化的加剧，老年人健康问题日益突出，导致对老年人健康干预的需求迅速增长。体外游戏是老年人健康干预领域重要的新兴方法之一，应用广泛，效果良好。虽然国外对电子游戏的研究已经比较成熟，但在国内还处于起步阶段，缺乏对电子游戏的类型、互动形式、干预内容、应用现状和效果等方面的报道。外显子游戏适合在中国老年人中广泛使用，有必要加快外显子游戏在中国老年人健康干预领域的开发和应用。
