This indicates that not all industrial clusters in cities function as business incubators. 多年来,许多研究都集中于全球化和工业现代化所导致的国家间的产业转移。然而,大都市地区内单个企业的搬迁决策仍然是搬迁文献中研究不足的一个方面。本研究旨在填补这一空白,从企业生命周期的角度考察了北京处于不同发展阶段的高科技制造企业的搬迁意向和地点。研究结果表明,规模较大、员工较多、财产收入较高的企业更愿意搬迁。有趣的是,规模较小的企业并不遵循孵化器理论,而是搬迁到非集聚区。然而,随着企业的成长,它们倾向于迁往企业集中度较高的地区。这表明,并非所有城市的产业集群都能发挥企业孵化器的作用。此外,它还证实了扎根性、区域可达性和区域政策对企业迁移的影响。
