Passion, including voluntary religious accountability rooted in Islamic civilization, is found to enhance loyalty and drive improvement. The study employed a descriptive-analytical methodology with a sample of 329 employees, with a nearly equal distribution between those hired by the company (166) and those hired by contractors (163). Results indicate that organizational loyalty significantly improves employee performance (85.3%). Recommendations include reviewing job descriptions to enhance continuance loyalty and decrease turnover.
