Immigration office has a form of supervision to prevent all forms of fraud or violations in the form of whistleblowing systems and supervision in the form of attitudes and rules of \"organizational culture\" in the implementation of its work. By using associative quantitative research methods using a survey in the form of primary data, namely a questionnaire on 39 respondents. The purpose of the research was to identify the partial and simultaneous impact of the whistleblowing system and organizational culture on fraud prevention efforts at Bandung Class I Immigration Office. Employing methods of data analysis utilizing data quality tests, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and also hypothesis analysis using the help of SPSS ver.27. The findings indicated that the whistleblowing system had limited impact on deterring fraud, whereas the organizational culture demonstrated a favorable influence on fraud prevention. 摘要

万隆 I 级 TPI 移民局(移民检查站)是法律和人权部下属的一个政府单位,在移民事务管理和监督服务方面具有重要意义。移民局通过举报制度和 "组织文化 "的态度和规则进行监督,以防止各种形式的欺诈或违规行为。通过采用联想定量研究方法,使用原始数据形式的调查,即对 39 名受访者进行问卷调查。研究的目的是确定举报制度和组织文化对万隆一级移民局预防欺诈工作的部分和同时影响。数据分析方法包括数据质量测试、相关分析、多元线性回归分析,以及使用 SPSS ver.27 进行假设分析。研究结果表明,举报系统对阻止欺诈行为的影响有限,而组织文化则对预防欺诈行为产生了有利影响。同时,举报制度变量和组织文化也会影响欺诈预防。
