The population comprises 2,732 junior school teachers and 2,325 senior school teachers respectively. The sample for this study comprises 147 teachers comprising 73 female and 74 male teachers proportionally selected from the population. A Questionnaire title Principals’ Administrative Variables and Teachers’ Job Performance Questionnaire (PAVTPQ) was used for data collection. Data were analyzed with Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (PPMCC) for hypothesis one and One-Way Analysis of Variance for hypotheses two and three. The findings of the study showed that there is a significant influence of variables of Principles’ managerial characteristic and teachers’ performance Cross River State, Nigeria.
