The aim of the study is to demonstrate the level of e-government services from a quality management perspective. The study was based on two approaches: descriptive and analytical. The research community consisted of human cadres working in medical hospitals in the city of Amman. The size of the study sample was (394), and a questionnaire tool was designed to collect data.
