This type of research is explanatory research and uses saturated sampling techniques. The population of this research includes all students in classes X and XI concentrating on Office Management skills at SMK Negeri 4 Surabaya with a total sample of 175 students. The questionnaire data collection technique was analyzed using path analysis with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of the research show that independent learning has a direct positive and significant effect on critical thinking skills. 摘要
针对泗水第四小学(SMK Negeri 4 Surabaya)批判性思维能力低下的问题,本研究旨在确定学习自主性和学习自信心对批判性思维能力的直接影响,以及以学习动机为干预变量的学习自主性和学习自信心对批判性思维能力的间接影响。这类研究属于解释性研究,采用饱和抽样技术。研究对象包括泗水国立第四中学(SMK Negeri 4 Surabaya)第十班和第十一班所有学习办公室管理技能的学生,样本总数为 175 人。问卷数据收集技术在 SmartPLS 软件的帮助下进行了路径分析。研究结果表明,自主学习对批判性思维能力有直接的积极和显著的影响。自信心对批判性思维能力也有直接的积极和显著的影响。
