This paper analyzes the basic situation of energy development in Chinas rural areas (taking Lantian County of Shaanxi Province as an example). Under the special premise of Chinas national conditions, the specific characteristics of different development in different regions are integrated, and the traditional fossil energy is gradually replaced by the storage and utilization of rural waste and new energy. 摘要

近年来,我国农村能源供应保障能力不断增强,能源结构调整成效显著,但仍存在一些问题:农村废弃能源利用率低制约资源综合利用和环境保护,农村能源消费水平始终处于发展阶段,农村能源社会化服务体系建设滞后制约农村能源发展。针对中国农村能源发展面临的问题和挑战,聚焦农村能源消费。本文分析了中国农村能源发展的基本情况(以陕西省蓝田县为例)。在中国国情的特殊前提下,结合不同地区发展的具体特点,通过农村废弃物的储存和利用以及新能源的利用,逐步取代传统的化石能源。研究农村能源服务体系建设和政策引导等关键问题,提出促进我国农村能源科学发展的对策建议。
