By deeply examining the definition, classification, and role of leadership styles within organizations, it reveals the direct and indirect mechanisms through which different leadership styles affect employee attitudes, emotions, and performance. The study finds that positive leadership styles can significantly enhance the quality of employee relations, thereby promoting overall organizational performance.
