This should have read: “(mean lymphocyte volume [LV] × LV − SD)/(mean lymphocyte conductivity [LC])”.</p><p>In paragraph 5 of the “3.2.3 Other infectious diseases” section and Table 1, the texts “95% <i>Cl</i>” was incorrect.
