Each individual student has a personality that reflects the nature and how students interact within their social community. This phase is very important in the formation of student character, in this condition the outlook on life and life values as a dynamic and mature human being is awakened, students begin to build the foundation of their personality. The purpose of this research is to form the character of faith and piety for vocational students in the field of plantations to build a superior personality. The research method is qualitative with a qualitative-phenomenological approach. The subject of this activity is vocational college students who are determined by purposive sampling. The object of the research is students with  their daily drivers in the form of gadgets. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, the data was analyzed with the Miles and Huberman interactive model. 摘要

每个人的个性都是一个非常复杂的部分,包括所信奉的价值观、所采取的态度、所表现出的行为以及所遵守的道德。每个学生都有自己的个性,这种个性反映了学生的天性以及学生在社会群体中的互动方式。这一阶段对学生性格的形成非常重要,在这一条件下,作为一个充满活力和成熟的人的人生观和人生价值观被唤醒,学生开始为自己的性格打下基础。本研究的目的就是为种植专业的职业学生形成信仰和虔诚的品格,塑造卓越的人格。研究方法采用定性-现象学方法。本次活动的主体是职业院校学生,通过有目的的抽样确定。研究对象是以小工具为日常驱动力的学生。通过观察、访谈和文献收集数据。此外,还使用迈尔斯和休伯曼互动模型对数据进行了分析。这项活动的成果体现在为学生添加宗教价值观元素方面发挥了重要作用,这些元素是民族价值观和宗教规范参数的主要基础,它们协同作用,并在每次讲座中引入,以培养穆斯林学生成为变革先锋,克服国家和民族的问题。
