The agricultural, healthcare, automobile, locomotive, and aviation sectors are increasingly utilising 3D printing technology for mass customisation and manufacturing of various open-source designs. 3D printing technology enables the sequential addition of material layers to create an item directly from a computer-assisted design (CAD) model.
