摘要

针对信息不对称条件下商业保险市场的逆向选择问题,本文基于委托代理理论设计了一种包含中断补偿、奖励和惩罚的混合商业保险合同。研究发现,无论商业智能保险市场是否存在两种或两种以上的风险类型,混合商业智能保险合同都将是对传统部分保险合同两次复制的严格帕累托改进。同时,我们通过一个算例验证并扩展了上述结论,为保险公司设计新的商业保险提供了更全面的理论支持。
