It can also be concluded that work-life balance significantly mediated the relationship between flexible work arrangements and employee performance as well as wellness programs and employee performance. 摘要

本研究模拟了工作与生活的平衡对高等教育工作安排与员工绩效之间关系的中介作用。本研究采用了解释性研究设计,从加纳一所公立大学的 2,045 名行政人员中抽取了 316 个样本。研究采用问卷调查的方式收集数据,并利用偏最小二乘法-结构方程模型对收集到的数据进行分析。研究发现,灵活的工作安排和健康计划与员工绩效和工作生活平衡有显著的个体相关性。此外,家庭责任对员工绩效有明显影响,但与工作生活平衡的关系不明显。研究还得出结论,工作与生活的平衡在很大程度上调节了灵活工作安排与员工绩效以及健康计划与员工绩效之间的关系。建议学术界的人力资源管理者采取具体措施,加强行政人员的工作与生活平衡,以提高他们的绩效。
