摘要

本研究运用情感事件理论,对工作场所负面流言与一线员工服务破坏行为的框架进行了实证检验。基于时滞设计,本研究发现,职场负面流言通过诱发一线员工的愤怒,对其服务破坏行为产生了积极影响。此外,自恋加强了工作场所负面流言与愤怒之间的联系,而自我控制则缓冲了愤怒与服务破坏之间的关系。研究建立并描述了一个调节中介模型。因此,这项研究对学术界和从业人员具有重要意义。
