The Eppendorf tubes were used as test equipment for collecting debris and the average weight of the debris was measured using an electronic micro-balancing system. It was observed that regardless of the file system utilized, debris was expelled from the apex. The G files resulted in a lower quantity of debris being extruded (0.070 ± 0.002 mg).
