摘要

不同地区的创新情况迫使决策者在国家以下一级制定创新政策。作为一种区域方法,智能专业化最近在各种背景下受到关注,其重点是根据每个区域的现有能力和前景激励创新。虽然这一战略有利于具有巨大文化和地理多样性的发展中国家,但这些国家尚未采用这一战略。本文在回顾区域创新模型以确定影响区域创新的各种变量后,提出了一个国家各区域工业、采矿业和农业分工的线性优化模型,并将其作为案例在伊朗实施。由于该模型的实施结果与以往区域研究的结果相吻合,因此验证了智能专业化数学优化的可信度。
