Results revealed significant differences in respiratory and heart rates, haematological counts, and biochemical markers between AVN and control groups. Genetic analysis showed a higher prevalence of the TG genotype and G allele in NOS3 rs1799983 polymorphism among AVN patients. Additionally, NOS3 rs2070744 polymorphism correlated with various clinical parameters, including blood pressure, heart rate, and haematological indices.
