摘要

近年来,随着人工智能(AI)应用形式和领域的不断拓展,用户对人工智能应用的接受度越来越受到学者和商业从业者的关注。尽管现有研究已广泛探讨了用户对不同人工智能应用的接受度,但对不同人工智能应用在人机交互中扮演的角色仍缺乏了解,这可能会限制人们对人工智能用户接受度不一致结论的理解。本研究针对这一问题,对 2020 年至 2023 年信息系统和市场营销学科权威期刊上的人工智能接受度研究进行了系统的文献综述。在对 80 篇论文进行综述的基础上,本研究的贡献在于:(i) 概述了人工智能接受度研究中使用的方法论和理论框架;(ii) 分别总结了用户对人工智能服务提供者和人工智能任务替代品的接受度反应的关键因素、潜在机制和理论化;(iii) 就现有研究的局限性提出了意见,并为未来研究提供了指导。
