Therefore, attitudes towards professional autonomy may result in effective collaboration among nurses, one of the nursing roles and responsibilities.</p><p><strong>Methods: </strong>This descriptive, cross-sectional study was conducted with 685 nurses in four private hospitals affiliated with a university. Descriptive tests, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were used.
