Furthermore, job calling was confirmed to mediate the relationship between career-specific parental behaviors and career planning. Empowering futures: navigating career-specific parental behaviors, calling, and planning among senior clinical medical students
This study aims to explore the relationships among career-specific parental behaviors, job calling, and career planning of senior clinical medical students. The study’s results confirmed that parental career support was positively related to job calling and career planning.
