Second, modifications to the disaster spreading model are made to construct the PPN risk propagation model supporting more realistic simulations. The model is then applied to numerical simulations, yielding risk propagation mitigation measures. The results suggest that risk mitigation is facilitated by increased trust among project managers, moderate differences in initial project manager risk perceptions, a homogeneous PPN topology, and a tendency to allocate recovery resources based on node degree centrality. 摘要

风险和由此产生的传播事故对项目组合网络(PPN)的稳定性构成了相当大的威胁。为保持项目组合网络的稳定性,本文构建了一个考虑风险认知的项目组合网络风险传播模型。首先,建立一个 PPN,使风险传播路径和风险认知扩散路径同时可视化。其次,对灾害传播模型进行修改,以构建支持更真实模拟的 PPN 风险传播模型。然后,将该模型应用于数值模拟,得出风险传播缓解措施。结果表明,项目经理之间的信任度增加、项目经理初始风险认知的适度差异、同质的 PPN 拓扑以及根据节点度中心性分配恢复资源的趋势,都有利于风险缓解。这些发现为企业管理人员的风险决策提供了指导,有助于 PPN 的稳定运行。
