摘要

我们分析了教育对撒哈拉以南非洲国家有薪就业性别均等的影响。所用数据涵盖 2000-2019 年期间 43 个国家的面板数据。采用了两阶段最小二乘法。结果显示,中等和高等教育以及教育中的性别均等改善了工资就业中的性别平等。因此,为了减少工资性就业中的性别不平等,非洲国家应通过采取政策来减轻女孩的就学条件和成本,从而促进性别平等,特别是在中等和高等教育中。
