While these two biologic therapies have shown positive signals, inducing oral food tolerance, the relevant data are not robust. Biologic therapies targeting IL-5 or its receptor (Mepolizumab, Benralizumab) have seldom been evaluated in allergic comorbidities, excepting atopic dermatitis, for which their effectiveness has not been proven.
