As a result of studying the pieces of cylindrical joints ∅50<i>Н</i>8/<i>h</i>9, it is revealed that the dispersion of the inner coupling diameter and the outer shaft diameter obeys the law of normal distribution. It is established that the probability of spoilage occurring in all fits is low and the overwhelming majority of the formed joints will meet the requirements of factory accuracy even if there is a certain percentage of spoilage in the couplings in terms of the base hole and groove width. 摘要

研究表明,圆柱键联接失效的主要原因有两个:强度不足和违反精度标准。在对∅50Н8/h9圆柱键联接件进行研究后发现,联接内径和轴外径的分布符合正态分布规律。由此可以确定,所有配合中发生损坏的概率都很低,即使联轴器在底孔和槽宽方面存在一定比例的损坏,绝大多数成型接头都能满足出厂精度要求。建议计算圆柱形连接的力配合,以确保齿轮箱和联轴器文件中规定的额定扭矩传递。
