It has been found that contact with the elastic limiter leads to expansion of the frequency region near the second resonant frequency, in which synchronous rotation of vibration exciters with a mutual phase close to zero is ensured, as well as to a decrease in the resonant frequency regions of the sensitivity of the vibration amplitudes of the platform to changes in the mass of the material. 摘要

本文介绍了弹性振动限制器在共振频率范围内与颗粒材料相互作用时对带有自同步振动激振器的振动机动力学影响的实验分析结果。实验模型是根据工作体(平台)平面振荡的单质量振动机方案制作的,工作体由两个不平衡激振器激励。在不同的材料质量值下,获得了模型振幅和激振器旋转相位对激振频率的依赖关系。研究发现,与弹性限幅器的接触会导致第二共振频率附近的频率区域扩大,在该频率区域内,振动激振器的同步旋转相位接近于零,同时平台振动振幅对材料质量变化的敏感性的共振频率区域也会减小。在加工颗粒材料时引入弹性限制器的有效性已经得到证实。
