摘要

本研究以情感事件理论为基础,探讨情感劳动与高校教师工作绩效之间的关系。通过问卷调查获取了相关数据,并构建了结构方程模型进行路径分析。研究发现,高校教师的表层表现对关系绩效和任务绩效有显著的负向影响;高校教师的深层表现和主动真实分别对关系绩效、任务绩效和适应性绩效有显著的正向影响;高校教师的被动真实对关系绩效、任务绩效和适应性绩效有显著的负向影响。基于研究结果,本研究对高校教师绩效评价机制提出了建议,包括改进招聘方式、加大情绪劳动考核激励机制、注重缓解教师负面情绪、加强学校管理层和教师对情绪劳动的认识引导和教育、开设教师情绪劳动培训课程、合理安排各种活动、营造良好的工作氛围等。归根结底,这些建议旨在帮助高校教师认识情感劳动的意义,促进高校教师的教育教学工作,为提高高校教师的工作绩效提供新的方法和路径。
