The most predominant functional aspects were physical care environment, structured protocols, and the performance of professionals in the care process.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Communication processes were predominant in relational aspects and were decisive for functional aspects, with emphasis on the performance of professionals in the care process.
