摘要：急性淋巴细胞白血病累及乳房的髓外复发非常罕见。在此，我们报告了一例通过 18F-FDG PET/CT 发现的急性 B 细胞淋巴细胞白血病双侧乳房复发的男性病例。经过系统治疗后，随访的 PET/CT 显示双侧乳房和腋窝淋巴结完全反应。
