Serum interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-17(IL-17), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), bleeding index(BI), depth of periodontal probing(PD) and clinical attachment level(CAL) were observed before treatment, 6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment. SPSS 22.0 software package was used for statistical analysis.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the pain degree after root canal filling was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). 摘要
