摘要

对于多层复合材料,由于材料声阻抗差异和声衰减等因素,传统的超声波测试容易受到多层材料内部多个反射波的干扰。本文提出了一种分析声波在含有缺陷的多层材料中传播过程的新方法,并提出了从多个反射信号反演单层传递函数的算法,利用相应的脉冲响应检测缺陷。
