The lowest values of restricted coronary flow reserve and corrected MBF<sub>MS</sub> in participants of ANOCA&MSIMI+ group indicated that impaired coronary microvascular function and mismatch between myocardial blood supply and demand together constitute the pathogenic mechanism of MSIMI in ANOCA population.
