摘要

西洋参(Panax quinquefolius L.)是中国广泛使用的一种传统草药,具有药用和食用双重功效。西洋参的多种加工方法在中国得到了广泛的应用。在这项研究中,我们使用 UPLC-Q-Orbitrap-MS 对西洋参的多种加工产品进行了成分鉴定,共鉴定出 49 种化合物。利用其中的 18 种成分,可以对西洋参的不同加工形式进行鉴别。化学计量学的应用揭示了各种加工产品化学成分的显著差异。结果表明,化学成分与化学计量相结合可以有效、准确地鉴别不同的西洋参加工产品。

The journal covers all aspects of research in the chemistry and biochemistry of naturally occurring compounds.
