A Random Parameter Multinomial Logit model is estimated with the obtained data, which also considers systematic variations in user tastes. 摘要

考虑到用户口味的系统性和随机性变化,本文研究了乘客对航空公司服务看法的异质性。为此,本文对陈述偏好调查进行了有效设计,考虑了与机上旅行和乘客在飞行前后的体验有关的属性。利用获得的数据估算了一个随机参数多项式 Logit 模型,该模型还考虑了用户口味的系统性变化。得出的结果表明,与所考虑变量相关的大多数参数都比较符合正态分布或均匀分布,而且通过这些变量与性别、年龄、旅行频率或收入水平等其他变量的交互作用,可以解释这些变量的部分变异性。
