In this paper, the comparative evaluation on the crystallite size and shape, strain and texture are carried with semi-quantitively techniques, such as Williamson-hall function, Halder-Wagner function, March-Dollase function, ellipsoid model and the Rietveld method. Both the Williamson-hall function and Williamson Hall function are suitable to determine the crystallite size and strain, while ellipsoid model is suitable to reveal the crystallite shape.
