The accumulation of scientific evidence suggests organizations can, do and should integrate elements of positive organizational behavior into these systems. As a component of positive organizational behavior, positive psychological capital can be utilized to address some of the most pressing organizational issues today such as engaging a remote workforce, transforming diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and reinventing employee well-being programs.
