Two independent reviewers conducted the screening process to identify studies that met the required criteria.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The review includes 22 studies comparing a sphygmomanometer and a pressure biofeedback unit in core muscle strength. A sphygmomanometer provides core strength and stability, but pressure biofeedback improves lumbopelvic stability and core muscle function.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The study found that the sphygmomanometer is reliable and effective in measuring core muscle strength.
