This involved lifting the buccal fat pad and the sinus mucosa, which they were fused and filled the gap with a biomaterial. The osteogenic properties of the environment will enable osseointegration of the biomaterial.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>This technique requires a relevant surgical experience.
